What prompted me to write about this question was an experience I had with a customer recently. For some reason he thought his new Hydro Floss was a lavender color.
I thought that was very strange and we immediately looked at our Hydro Floss machines that were in stock. They were all the same color. There were no lavender colored units at all.
I asked him to send me a picture of his Hydro Floss and he did. I would share that picture here but he also put his name on the photo so I don't want to post it.
The problem with the photo is that the Hydro Floss looked quite white. Perhaps his perception had something to do with lighting. His photo said that it was taken in 'natural 'light' but it was clearly in a bathroom.
I had another look at our Hydro Floss units and she agreed that they are white. Sorry, there are no other colors.
I wrote to the customer and explained that there is only one color Hydro Floss and there are no other colors available. This is because he asked to exchange his 'lavender' HydroFloss for another color.
There is only one color. It is not that we only stock one color and no others. It is that there is only one color made and that is it.
The Hydro Floss is a powerful tool, it has done truly wonderful and fantastic things for peoples' dental health. You can read more about why I think it is the best oral irrigator around.
I spoke to a different customer just a couple of days ago and I relay his experience here. Over the years I have talked to many others and I hear similar stories from them as well.
That is why Toothy Grins Store sells the Hydro Floss
There is only one color. White goes with most things. The power of the machine is what it can do to help with our dental health. It is unlike other oral irrigators.
