She Had Gum Disease, But NOT Anymore...

https://www.toothygrinsstore.com/product-p/hydroflosspocketpal01.htm
I just (now) spoke to a customer who told me of her great results with the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator.

It was recommended that she have gum surgery.  But, her friendly and trusty hygienist stepped in and told her to use the Hydro Floss and the Sonicare and another mouthwash (unknown mouthwash).  Then her gums were able to heal up, the pockets shrank and she no longer needed that surgery.

I've heard similar stories from other Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator customers as well, and they don't always use the electric toothbrush mentioned above.   The Hydro Floss is a powerful device for dental health.

Many people have gum disease, the professionals often quote the figure of about 75%.  It stands to reason that many of those people do not realize they have gum disease.

A single Hydro Floss can be used by an entire family of four because it comes with four color coded jet tips.  If you have more family members, you can just add more tips!

Protection and Prevention CAN save teeth and can also save money!

https://www.toothygrinsstore.com/product-p/hydroflosspocketpal01.htmNow, you can get the Hydro Floss, Model Number 7618.034 and the Pocket Pal Jet Tips together, in one package.

Many people like the pocket pals because they can be used in a special way that the regular jet tips (that come with the Hydro Floss cannot).

The pocket pals come with separate directions so there is no need to worry about figuring out how to use them differently.

You can see this bundled package here.

Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator Magnetic Quality and Benefit Explained

This is a relatively easy Hydro Floss question to answer:

The magnetic quality is that a charge is placed on minerals that are in the water.  This charge, in turn, causes plaque and bacteria to become less adhesive and come off the teeth and gums easier.

This causes a greater reduction in plaque and tartar buildup between office visits as shown in two articles published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology.   One article was published in May of 1993 and another in April of 1998.

The second study was done with the intention of disproving the first researchers results.  However, the second researcher obtained even better results than the first researcher, making her a 'believer'.

So, it has been clearly documented that the magnetic quality is a big deal and makes a significant difference.

If it is time to improve / protect your dental health or that of someone you love, then maybe it is time to get a  Hydro Floss?

HydroFloss Oral Irrigator Versus ToiletTree Oral Irrigator

So, how does the Hydro Floss stack up against the ToiletTree Irrigator

Here is what I can tell you.   A customer of mine called up and said that he had bought and returned two toilet trees.  He was not happy with the way they held a charge.

Of course, the Hydro Floss doesn't work off a battery.  You simply plug it in so you don't have to worry about a rechargeable battery not working or eventually wearing out.

More?

If you take a close look, you will discover that the Hydro Floss has a magnetic technology.  This causes a charge to be placed on the minerals in the water.   This charge causes the plaque and bacteria to become less adhesive and come off easier.

Clinical studies (published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology)  shows that the magnet reduces the plaque and tartar build up by about 50% more compared to irrigators that don't have a magnet.

Why I Like The Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator More Than The Water Pik

The Reasons

Let's say you are having some periodontal issues going on.   Maybe you have bleeding gums when you brush or floss your teeth and your doctor has told you that you have gum disease.

Maybe you have receding gums due to the same problem.   Or maybe you are one of those people that have been told you need a 'deep cleaning' or a SRP (scaling and root planing) treatment?

The the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator is a better choice for you  - I'll explain why.

What's going on?

Gum disease is something that about 75% of people have some of.   It IS a BIG problem because gum disease is the number one cause of tooth loss, so you will want to get rid of it.

Don't be surprised if your doctor wants to do expensive treatments on you.  What they want to do, generally speaking, is to get your periodontal pocket depths under control.

When your periodontal pockets measure above 3 millimeters, generally speaking, most dental professionals will say that your gums are unhealthy.  Therefore, you want to get them to 3mm or less in all parts of your mouth.  Why?  Because,  generally speaking again, at 3mm and less, most dental professionals will say that your gums are HEALTHY again.

In addition, any bleeding from brushing or flossing should also disappear at this point.

So, you can see what it is advantageous to get those pockets down.

For that, the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator is definitely, in my opinion,  better than the Water Pik.

Why Do I Say That?

The Hydro Floss, which uses a magnet, has been shown to be about 50% more effective at reducing plaque and tartar build up than irrigators that don't use a magnet.  This is why I say the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator is better than the WaterPik.

Reducing plaque and tartar build up is important to you because it is under the plaque and tartar that the 'bad' bacteria grow.  They cause gum disease.

Reduce the plaque and tartar and you are essentially reducing the 'bad' bacteria population.  The more you do that, the better off you are.  The Hydro Floss is better at obtaining this goal.   Perhaps you will see your periodontal pockets shrink to normal levels?   It worked for me.  I has worked for others.  Maybe it will work for you too!

This is a simple explanation and I hope that it made sense.  If not, give us a call at 888-586-6849 and we'll chat further.

Brand New Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator

One question I sometimes get from potential  customers is whether we have brand new Hydro Floss Oral Irrigators.

hydrofloss oral irrigatorOf course, we do.  I can understand the concern.  You might not be sure of what you are getting from other sites that have no specialization and no real information about the Hydro Floss.

In addition, many of those sites end up with bad reviews.  The reason why is no one explains to the customers what the Hydro Floss is and what it can do for them.   That's a real shame because there are probably a lot of people out there who could get really great results from their machine, but they don't know now.

It's kind of like having a high performance race car but not knowing how to drive it any differently from a Yugo or Volkswagen.    All that potential is basically wasted.

Here at Toothy Grins Store, we take the time to help our customers understand how to get the most out of their Hydro Floss.  Without this understanding they cannot get the best performance.

The goal is to improve your dental health.  Without the right understandings or knowledge, that is hard to pull off.  That's the reason you see bad reviews on other sites - in my opinion.  The reviews on our site tend to be positive.

Our customers tend to know how to get the most out of their machines.

Yes, we have brand new Hydro Floss Oral Irrigators, you can check them out here.   Oh, and they are real Hydro Floss machines too.  They are not imitations or knock offs.  You can be sure that you are getting real genuine Hydro Floss machines from us.

Question: Is The Hydro Floss The Same As The WaterPik?

Question:  Is The Hydro Floss The Same As The WaterPik?

is the hydrofloss the same as a waterpik?Answer:   While at first glance it is tempting to see them both as the same.  They are very different.  The Hydro Floss generally costs a little more.  But that extra cost is more than made up for by what it does.

The difference between the two lies in the magnet, which you can read more about.

Thanks to Stephanie for asking that question via email.

If you have a question, ask it here.

Do Not Put Anything Sticky In Your HydroFloss Oral Irrigator

No Sticky Formulas or Solutions In Your Hydro Floss!

*Note:  When you use your Hydro Floss properly, you really do not need to add things to the water.

don't put sticky things in your Hydro FlossJust yesterday I had a customer call with a broken reservoir.    I had a hunch.  I asked him, have you been using anything sticky.   He said, "No" at first.   But upon further discussion,  it was revealed that he was using a particularly popular herbal formula in his Hydro Floss.

This particular product is well known to cause the reservoir to stick to the base.  When this happens, the reservoir will break when attempting to remove it.

This was the problem for him.

I cannot publicly name this brand, but if you are concerned or worried, give me a call and I can tell you.  I just don't want to point to someone's product here on this blog.

As a stand alone mouthwash or treatment or whatever, it is fine to use.   Just don't put anything sticky in your Hydro Floss!

I feel sorry for this customer because it is the second one in a short period of time.   I once talked to a woman who broke four in a row this way.

A little knowledge goes a long way.   Share this with your friends.

Sincerely,

What Should You Use In Your Hydro Floss?

Question:  What Should You Use In Your Hydro Floss?

Answer:      I actually hear this question a lot.
should I use anything in my hydro floss?
Here is my take on it:

Use the Hydro Floss with regular tap water first.  Use it properly for about 30 days.

Then, find out if your periodontal pockets have shrunk to normal
levels or are shrinking to normal levels.

Why do I say it like this?

The reason is simple.  Let's say you buy a bunch of different mouthwashes, herbal remedies and other products, plus the Hydro Floss.

Your gums get healthy.    Then what do you do?  Do you keep buying all those products?   You are not sure which product or which combination is working for you.

Will you then be stuck buying all of those products continuously?

I think your best chances are with the Hydro Floss.  That's why I say try that first and then find out from your dentist or hygienist if those periodontal pockets have come down.  Then, you will have your answer.

If proper use of the Hydro Floss didn't do it for you, then we can talk about what else to add.  But I think the odds are pretty high, with proper use, that the Hydro Floss will become your new dental health best friend.

I'm here to help with questions, if you have them.   I can be reached at 1-888-586-6849.
