Why Our Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator Customer Reviews Are Better Than On Other Sites

I've been looking at another shopping site out there and I noticed that our reviews tend to be a lot better on this particular product.

Why is that?

I think the answer is that we provide valuable information to help our customers understand this machine and what it can do for them.  In addition, people learn from Toothy Grins how to get the most out of their machine.

I think the people on other sites are not understanding the power of what they have in their hands or what it can do for them.    I think this is the reason we tend to have better reviews.

Check out our Hydro Floss reviews

Hello,  this is David with ToothyGrinsStore.com and today I'm going to focus in on a particular review.

These are some of the reviews we have on the site.   We have 16 pages of reviews as you can see on the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator.  This is a fantastic machine.  Everybody should have one.

That's a picture of me, here, Dave Snape.  Actually, the truth be told, that is a younger version of me.  It's from several years ago.  But, never -the-less, that's the picture I use.

Let me see if I can find Janet's review here.   I want to read it to you.   Janet!  Here it is.  I hope you can see that, I'm going to make it bigger for you.

Janet says, "Excellent product.  After 5 years we could not be without this product.   Just brush your teeth, then use it and you too will be convinced.  This is the best product for dental health ever. "

That's Janet's review.   What Janet means by that is, and I hear this from many customers,  they frequently tell me, "Dave, I Brush my teeth and I floss and then I go back and use the Hydro Floss.   I still see food particles coming out into the sink. "

That's true.  That happens to a lot of people.  I've experienced that myself.    You''l probably experience that too.   But, if you think about it.  This is the Hydro Floss here.

If you think about it, how can your body repair itself?  How can your teeth and gums repair themselves when there are still food particles in there overnight.

You don't want that.   That's just one more reason why you would want this Hydro Floss.   There will be a link under this video to get to both the review and the Hydro Floss.

I want to thank you for watching.   This is Dave with ToothyGrinsStore.com  I hope you enjoyed this video.   Share it, if you did.  Like it and subscribe to this channel.   Thanks for watching.

Ten Hydro Floss Customer Reviews on Video

Hydro Floss Customer Reviews:

Transcript

hydrofloss review
Hi, this is Dave with ToothyGrinsStore.com and today we are going to talk about HydroFloss Customer Reviews.

You can see here that we have about 16 pages of these reviews.   And I'm going to share with you the first page.

And, there will be a link to this page underneath this video and you can check out the other 15 or so pages at your liesure.  I think you should and I think this is one of the most powerful tools that you and your family can have to help protect and maintain your dental health.

And, when your dental health is protected and maintained, you can potentially save yourself from very expensive bills in the future.

So, let's get started.

This is review number one.  You can see it's the most recent one dated September 2nd 2013.   And Suzanne writes:"  I can't tell you how many Hydro Flosses I have bought over the last 15 years.  I know that they can be reconditioned but I am too lazy to do this.   I would continue to use this appliance even if my hygienist told me it was not necessary to continue.  I love it! "

Next we have Janet and she says that "after five years we couldn't be without this product.  Just brush your teeth and use it and you too will be convinced that it is the best product for dental health ever" !     I agree.

And this one is from Claudel: "The Hydro Floss is part of my routine every day.  My mouth feels extra clean.  Love it!  "I would definitely buy again from Toothy Grins Store dot com.    Thanks for the easy transaction.

And next this is from an anonymous person who writes: "Accurate description and quality product.  Fast shipping and good value!".

Next, "You definitely  need this" by Michael.  I  brush with a rotating electric toothbrush that does a good job,  then I use Hydro Floss.  What comes out of your mouth after a thorough brushing will convince you that the Hydro Floss is well worth the money.  It has completely erased periodontal disease.

I better make a special note here. If you have periodontal disease or you think you might,  make sure you are under the care of a good dentist or periodontist.   This customer believes this it helped him and it is certainly possible and there are ways to objectively measure that.  However, if you do gum disease or some problem like that, you should be under the care of your periodontist or dentist.

Next,  "shipped on time as advertised would use Toothy Grins Store again."

" I have used one of these before I bought this one.  The first one just wore out.  I like the way it cleans without having to floss as it is much quicker.  Although a little more messy than flossing, it really gets in between the teeth and gums and cleans it out, period.   Great for anyone looking to keep their teeth and gums clean and  healthy.   It is a must for anyone that has a tooth implant".

I have actually talked to an implantologist who told me that this machine is really good for their patients and many of them like the Hydro Floss.   It's very noisy when operating but I feel that it is worth it. "

This is not something that everyone will say.  But some people do and there is an easy way to take care of that.  You just fold a hand towell up, put it underneath the Hydro Floss, problem solved.    It gets much quieter at that point.  Just so you know.

"Service and Response Time".   My problem need for a replacement hydro floss oral irrigator was solved expeditiously.  The service was very good and response quick.   Very positive experience for online purchase"

"Highly recommended and even enjoyable.  I was a little skeptical that I would keep up with the 'two tanks a day twice a day regimen' for very long.  But I am doing because of the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator.  I actually find myself missing it on the rare occassion when I skip a session, it works great even at lower pressure settings and even my husband is using it too.  We both can tell a big difference in our gums and overall dental health".

And finally for this page:  "Both my husband and I use the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator at least twice per day.   We do not know how we managed without one. Our mouth feels so clean. "

This is Dave with ToothyGrinsStore.com  and this was the first  of 16 pages of Hydro Floss customer reviews.

There will be a link to under this video taking you to this direct page that you can read this for yourself and I highly think you should.   Because this tool can really help you and your family in my opinion and I think you would greatly  benefit from having it.

If you have any questions, you can call this number here: 1-888-586-6849.   We can talk about it and I can answer your questions and help you figure out what's the best thing for you.

So, this is Dave with ToothyGrinsStore.com  and you should visit today and thanks for watching.

The HydroFloss Versus Any Other Device For Your Dental Health

Read More About The Hydro Floss

In this video, I attempt to explain why this device should be an essential piece to your home dental care.

One of the most powerful aspect of his is the peer reviewed journal documentation.   This device has been shown to be more effective than irrigators that do not possess the Hydro Magnetic quality that the Hydro Floss has.

One of the objections you hear sometimes is: "Water cannot be magnetized".    That is absolutely true!

It's not the water that is being magnetized.   A charge is placed on the MINERALS that are in the water when they pass through the magnet.

This scientific principle goes back to the time of Michael Faraday.  He demonstrated the principle originally.

Why Don't More People Know About This?

That's a mystery to me as well.  Many people have obtained improvement in their periodontal health.  For me personally, I was able to remove the need for a 'deep cleaning' or 'scaling and root planing' treatment.

This was verified by my dentist at that time.   Previously, that dentist had told me that the SRP (deep cleaning) treatment was the ONLY thing that would help me.   She was wrong as she verified herself months later.

I remember the look of utter confusion on her face as she examined me that time.   After a long period of peering into my mouth, she said, "Whatever you are doing, keep it up.  You don't need that treatment now."

What I found to be somewhat disturbing is that as perplexed as she was, she didn't bother to ask what exactly I was doing.   You would think she would want to save her other patients from the expensive and possibly damaging treatment.   But that question was never asked.

I moved on after that to another dentist.   The next dentist actually taught me a little bit more about periodontal health.   I started researching the topic myself after that and wrote the book:  What You Should Know About Gum Disease: A Layman's Guide to Fighting Gum Disease.

You can find that book at ToothyGrinsStore.com ,  amazon and a variety of other online retail sites.

Cost Savings

Of course, you always want to be under the care of your dentist or periodontist.   And you should ALWAYS go in for your regular checkups and cleanings.

But with this cool machine added to your at home arsenal, you have a better chance of preventing expensive problems.  If I was able to reverse the problem I had, it makes sense that it has the potential to prevent the problem as well.

The cost of those deep cleanings, as far as I can tell, average around $1500 in the United States (for the whole mouth).   Typically, patients need another 'deep cleaning' in 1 to 3 years.

Then there is the laser gum surgery, designed to do something similar.   I think they cost around 3 to 5 thousand dollars.   I don't think many people relish the thought of spending that kind of money.

There is no guarantee that the Hydro Floss will prevent these problems, but it sure worked for me.  Based on the many conversations I have had with my own customers over the years, it sure sounds like it is working for others too!

We have a lot of customer reviews on this site as well.  There is a link on the right side bar if you want to find them.

There is more.  Gum disease is the number one cause of tooth loss known to mankind.   Gum disease is responsible for more tooth loss than anything else.

An implant can cost you $2000 or more.  What if you have several teeth to replace?   Do you think it makes financial sense to prevent the loss of teeth via gum disease?    I think the answer is clear.

Dentures can also be costly, not to mention annoying.     Why have to deal with that if you can possibly avoid it.

I once met a man who told he spent $26,000 getting new teeth (implants) installed.   And he is not the only person, by far, to pay that much money for a new set of teeth.

You can lose teeth for other reasons.  But if gum disease is the number one reason, so it only makes sense to save yourself the expense along the way  (deep cleanings and gum surgery) and also save yourself from the cost of the ultimate results of gum disease - replacing teeth with artificial things.

Does that make sense?

Have Questions?

Do you have questions on anything I've written here?  Give me a call at 1-888-586-6849.  ask for David if I don't answer.   I'll be glad to discuss all of this and more in general terms.   Of course, specific questions about your dental health should go to your dentist.

There is a saying that 'some' doctors have:  Prevention doesn't pay.

I'm not saying that all doctors are like that.  There are certainly good ones out there.   But it is something that is said 'behind the scenes' so to speak by some.

Prevention does pay, however.   It pays YOU, the patient.    And especially with dental health, it is so vitally important that you pay attention to prevention.

You can help yourself to prevent cavities, gum disease, bad breath and if what they say about the connection between oral health and systemic health is true (and it probably is) - you may save yourself in many other ways too!

Dental Health Connections.

I've written plenty on this site about all of these topics.  You can use the search bar at the top right to find plenty of information all over this blog and site.

`In addtion, if you want to talk about anything, give me a call.  There is no obligation.  So don't be shy about it.

Watch Your Periodontal Health Like A Hawk

Staying on top of your dental health doesn't just mean avoiding cavities.  The bigger threat to your teeth is gum disease as I talked about before.

One of the objective measurements that dental professionals use to determine your periodontal health is your periodontal pocket depths.   Generally speaking, 3mm and less is considered healthy.  You can get those readings at every visit and modify what you do at home based on whether you need to do a better job or not.     The Hydro Floss has the potential to help you a lot in this arena - as previously mentioned.  You'll find a link to the HydroFloss in the side bar to your right.

My Book(s) Discuss the Hydro Floss

My two books, What You Should Know About Gum Disease and How To Stop Gum Disease In 4 Easy Steps both discuss the Hydro Floss a lot.

You know why?  Because I have found this device to better than all the other products and tips out there.   It seems to work the best for the most people!   And that is saying a lot.

There are all kinds of products out there to make your gums healthier,  but out of the ones I've utilized, it seems to be the Hydro Floss that produces the best results.

I talk to people who use electric toothbrushes all the time.   Yet, they still have periodontal issues.  There is nothing wrong with an electric toothbrush, but it may not be the full answer.

The reality is that people have to work to varying degrees to obtain better dental health.  For some people a toothbrush and regular dental floss is enough.   But for most people that is NOT the case.  They need more.

Why can I say that with confidence.   Simple!  Dental health professionals tell us that about 75% of people have gum disease.    That's three out of every four if you do the math.   I'm sure that a good chunk of those 75% are brushing and flossing daily.    So, this little statistic tells us that more is needed.

I hope what I'm saying sounds reasonable and sensible.  I think it is so.

Sigh,  despite, my hard work at helping people to understand what this machine is, I really feel that I'm under appreciated.    While many people do thank me,  many more seem to either miss the point entirely or just don't care.

I've often thought that it would be cool to reach more people with my message.   That would mean that more people either need to come to this blog, read my books or call me for that to happen.

Well, I guess I'll just keep at it and see what happens.

Don't Be Afraid To Get A Second Opinion When Facing Expensive Dental Work

As crazy as it sounds, even dentist are aware that you will often get three very different opinions about what work you need done if you go to three different dentists.    This is however, a fact that many lay people are completely unaware of.

Therefore, if you are suddenly confronted with a lot of expensive dental work, do not be afraid to go to another dentist.  You don't even need to tell them what the last dentist said.  Let them come to their own conclusion.  You might be shocked at how different the two viewpoints are.

I think some dentists won't be happy that I wrote that.  But if I didn't tell you, the reader, about this, it just wouldn't be right.

On a related note,  we went to a lawyer to draw up a contract the other day.   The lawyer told us it would be a VERY SIMPLE contract for her to write.   Do you know that it still costs us the equivalent of over $1,000 US dollars?    A simple contract?

So, you see, there are some problems in this world we live in.   It's better that you are aware of them rather than burying your head in the sand.

Again,  THERE ARE good dentists out there. You just have to find them and be good at filtering out those who are more interested in what is in your pocket than what is in your mouth.

I suppose if you came out of school over $200,000 in debt, you might have some temptation too, right?   The time for thinking that someone who wears a white coat is far above us is long over.  It was never a valid concept anyway, more like a strange myth that someone reached gigantic proportions.

Sometimes, it pays to stop and think about these things a little bit.

A Story To Share

I'll share a story with you, regarding the previous paragraphs.   I was once in the chair with a dentist who did her own cleanings.  There was no hygienist involved.

She was poking around inside my mouth all over the place.   Suddenly, she starts pressing hard on one of my teeth.   She is asking, "Does That Hurt"?    The answer was no.  It actually didn't hurt me one bit,  but I could feel that she was pressing super hard.

I was concerned that she might damage my tooth by pressing so hard, so I pushed her arm away.

I told her that it didn't hurt at all, which was the truth, and that I didn't want her to press so hard.

She said to me,  "Well, there is a sticky spot there.  I think we need to drill that to see how far it goes.  We practice preventive dentistry here".

This is a true story folks.   I was shocked.  I couldn't believe it.   In retrospect, she had just finished telling me about her upcoming wedding.   I wonder if there was a connection there?

Anyway, to finish the story, I left shortly thereafter and declined the secretary's attempt to get me to sign up to get my 'cavity' filled.    I was so sure there was no cavity that I wasn't even concerned about it.

Six months later, I came back to the same office, but say another dentist.   I asked her if there were any cavities.  She said, "no".

I said, do you see what Doctor X wrote in my chart last time?  She said: "Yes, but I don't see anything there."

Well there you have it.  That is a true story and I tell it to you to help you understand some key points.     Do ~NOT be afraid to get a second opinion when needed.

Conclusion

I hope that I was able to adequately explain why I think the Hydro Floss is better than nearly every other tool or product dreamed up to help you with your dental health.

Whether you agree with me or not, is entirely up to you.   The Hydro Floss is documented to do more than other oral irrigators.   There is little more to add to that.

All I can say from here is that you have plenty of resources here on this blog to check out.  There are many in the sidebar to the right and you can also use the 'search\ function  (top right).

Question:  Is The Hydro Floss The Same As The WaterPik?

is the hydrofloss the same as a waterpik?Answer:   While at first glance it is tempting to see them both as the same.  They are very different.  The Hydro Floss generally costs a little more.  But that extra cost is more than made up for by what it does.

The difference between the two lies in the magnet, which you can read more about.

What Should You Use In Your Hydro Floss?

Question:  What Should You Use In Your Hydro Floss?

Answer:      I actually hear this question a lot.
should I use anything in my hydro floss?
Here is my take on it:

Use the Hydro Floss with regular tap water first.  Use it properly for about 30 days.

Then, find out if your periodontal pockets have shrunk to normal
levels or are shrinking to normal levels.

Why do I say it like this?

The reason is simple.  Let's say you buy a bunch of different mouthwashes, herbal remedies and other products, plus the Hydro Floss.

Your gums get healthy.    Then what do you do?  Do you keep buying all those products?   You are not sure which product or which combination is working for you.

Will you then be stuck buying all of those products continuously?

I think your best chances are with the Hydro Floss.  That's why I say try that first and then find out from your dentist or hygienist if those periodontal pockets have come down.  Then, you will have your answer.

If proper use of the Hydro Floss didn't do it for you, then we can talk about what else to add.  But I think the odds are pretty high, with proper use, that the Hydro Floss will become your new dental health best friend.

I'm here to help with questions, if you have them.   I can be reached at 1-888-586-6849.

The HydroFloss Is The Best Oral Irrigator For Your Dental Health

In fact, it is one of the best tools that you can use overall.

You should, of course, always get your regular checkups and cleanings at your dentist's office.   Those are  very important.  Those visits are the ground.

Here is the deal.  What you do at home every day is the most important thing.   You can ask any  dental professional.  They know that what you do at home has the most impact on your dental health.  Don't lose site of that.

Why is what you do at home so important to you?

A large part of the dental health problems that people encounter such as cavities, gum disease, and even bad breath have a lot to do with anaerobic bacteria.

These bacteria must have a protective film against oxygen or they cannot grow and multiple.  You have heard the terms related to this film before:  Plaque and Tartar.

Researchers figured out a long time ago that you have to mechanically disrupt that plaque on a daily basis.   If you are able to keep it disrupted there is no way for the layer to form for a long enough period of time for those bacteria to multiply to any significant extent.

Since plaque disruption is necessary on a daily basis, what you do at home has a major impact on your dental health overall, in most cases.

In The Case Of Gum Disease

For gum disease, when the bacteria populations grow too large they start to cause destruction to the tissue and bone surrounding each tooth.   When they cause enough destruction, you will see receding gums.

When they go beyond that, teeth can become loose and need to be pulled or fall out.   This is something that can be avoided if you manage to keep that plaque disrupted on a regular basis.

This becomes more complicated because the plaque and tartar can start to form UNDER the gumline where it is difficult for you to get to it.

Here is the objective way to figure out where you are at with that.    There is a special measurement called periodontal pocket depths.   Your dentist or hygienist can take them and should be taking them on every office visit.

Generally speaking,  if the pocket depths are 3mm or less, most dental practitioners would say that your gums are healthy.

On the other hand, generally speaking again, if those depths are deeper than 3mm, most dental practitioners will say that you have a problem.

Keeping your gums healthy becomes a matter of keeping that pocketing to correct levels.  This is as close as you can come to an objective guage for your gum health.

Why Is The Hydro Floss The Best ?

The Hydro Floss is very good at reducing plaque and tartar buildup between office visits.  When real researchers did real studies published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology,  they found that the Hydro Floss was about (not exact) 50% better than other irrigators at reducing the plaque and tartar that builds up between your regular dental cleanings.

It's not hard to understand from there, is it?     If you have questions, do call the number at the top of your screen.

Money Savings With The Hydro Floss

Recently, I wrote about 10 reasons for owning a Hydro Floss.

moneysavings from owning a hydroflossNow, I'd like to expand on the money saving aspect of having a Hydro Floss oral irrigator.

For example.  Root Scaling and Planing Treatments are very popular now days.   In this treatment the hygienist or dentist will scrape below the gum line to reduce built up plaque and tartar.   They will often use a local anesthetic because the feeling may be 'less than pleasant".

The average cost of one of these treatments seems to run about $1500 or so.  If you are able to find it cheaper, consider yourself lucky.

How I Avoided A Scaling And Root Planing Treatment

I used the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator religiously!   And it ended up working.  I went back in for a regular check up and cleaning.

This dentist had previously told me that only the SRP treatment would help me and it was really my only option.  I kept putting it off.

This time, after using the Hydro Floss, things were different.  The dentist stared into my mouth with a surprised look for quite some time.

Then she said, "Whatever you are doing, keep it up.  You don't need that treatment any more."

Looks like I saved myself a boat load of cash in just one instance.  How much more have I saved myself over the years?

They say these SRPs often need to be repeated in 1- 3 years!

This is just one example of how the Hydro Floss can save one money.   Will it work for everyone?  Probably not.  Every human body is different.  But it has worked for me and apparently many other people too!

So, is it worth to spend $100 bucks to save yourself a lot of money, now and in the future?

What do you think?

Of course, using it properly will give you the best chances go get positive results.
