Do You Really Need A Probiotic Supplement?

In short:  You can accomplish much that a probiotic supplement can simply by eating yogurt. 

Maybe there are some additional benefits from taking a probiotic, but yogurt serves a double purpose: It provides you with probiotics and it also provides your body with food?

Not sure if you need a probiotic supplement or not?   Ask your doctor for the answer that fits to your unique health situation and your doctor will know that situation best (besides yourself).

But, we do have a probiotic for helping to get rid of bad breath.  It focuses on the K-12 strain and that has been known to exist in people with really fresh breath.
