I do. I realized it today. I was questioning myself as to why certain situations irritate me.
Why should I be so attached to those situations?
Then I realized what the problem was. I want to avoid criticism.
For me, I think it is something unhealthy that I will now work on. I want to see how much of this negative thing I can get rid of.
Becoming aware is a good first step.
