Dealing With Negative Feedback

We do sometimes get some here.   It's not very nice and we don't enjoy it.  But sometimes it happens.

I do not want you to believe that we only post positive reviews to the site,  so here is a negative one:


 
David:   The 1st evening I spoke to you I was highly impressed and purchased the machine being the lst I had looked at.  When I received it I found two broken hoses full of tiny holes from being kinked for so long and then the larger ball for the ozone was missing.  When they sent me the replacement they sent me one hose and they sent me the small ozone elongated dis charger.  I needed the larger one.  I have not complained because when I spoke with both you and them there was a great deal of defense that went on that this never happens and basically I was wrong.  I decided to let it go until I got your Review Request.  I am still very impressed with you as a person, but unsure about the quality of customer care.  I would still love to be able to have the larger dis charger and another tube.  If this is not possible please let me know and if it is I would appreciate it. 



So you see, it really is impossible to make everyone happy.    I'm very happy this is a rare occurence here.  But it can happen sometimes.   We have so many positive reviews, but on this particular product it is the ONLY review.   You can imagine how it could affect sales.  Yet, I think it should remain.  I don't want to only show the good side of our store.

I / We are not perfect.   But we do try and for the most part, we receive much praise for our work.   I think that is the most important.
