The doctor katz aktivoxigen ozonator seems to be of interest to some folks.  A customer called me the other day because she was interested in replacing hers.

What's It For?

This machine is used for ozonating water and oil. It is NOT used for ozonating air. 

Ozonated water can be used to make an oxygenated mouthwash (it comes with directions on how to do this) and is useful for many other purposes as well. 

Drinking Ozonated Water

There are a number of holistic doctors and many people interested in drinking ozonated water.   These alternative theorists believe that drinking oxygenated water will help them to regain or maintain health.   

Certainly, direct contact with ozone often ruptures the cell membranes of bacteria and it also seems to attack viruses as well.  Ozone as been described as about 5 times more powerful than chlorine for killing pathogens.  

Instruction Booklet

The instruction booklet that comes with this ozonator does a lot more than tell you how to make an oxygenated mouthwash to attack bad breath and other oral health disorders.  

Some of the information in the directions guides you in the use of ozone for: 

Drinking or Rinsing with Ozonated water. 

Using it in a footbath to attack malodors and fungus

Using ozonated oil for topical skin therapies

Making therabreath products more powerful 

The instruction booklet also suggests that ozone can be used to clean kitchen sponges , deodorize laundry,  control bathroom mildew and smells,  disinfect bathroom surfaces,  sanitize bedding,  pet odors and damaged carpet due to pet urine,  soak dentures and night guards, making a soothing bath, sterilizing toothbrushes, decrease laundry detergent use, cleaning meats and vegetables and much more.  

The direction book has a lot of great ideas and is very nice to have, read and refer to!
