I'm not here to tell anyone what they should or should not do.  I just provide this information so that you have various voices to hear before you make a personal decision that you decide is right for you. 

The voices and opinions are just that.  Unfortunately, in this world, it is very hard to find definitive answers.  And in the end, we often have to make our own choices based on the information we can gather. 

There are way too many pages out there that extol the virtues of baking soda - I'm not saying they are wrong. Not at all!   I only see the opportunity to present you with some alternative viewpoints. 

I'm not taking sides on the baking soda issue at all!   I'm only providing various perspectives that I've collected.
