There is one major secret to getting the most out of your Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator. 
 It does not matter if you are using: 

Regular Jet Tips

What really matters is that you are using 2 full reservoirs twice per day.  That would be a total of four reservoirs.

Does That Sound Hard?

It's NOT hard.  If you turn the Hydro Floss to the highest (and safe) setting of number 9, you can drain a full reservoir in about 2 minutes and 10 seconds.  

If you use two full reservoirs in the morning it is still under 5 minutes.   Two more in the evening is well under another 5 minutes.

Therefore, you can do all four in about 8 1/2 minutes or so.

That will give you the greatest benefit.  What matters is the quantity of the magnetically affected water.   And it has been discovered that four reservoirs (2 twice per day) yields optimal results.
