Question, Why Is The Pressure Lower On My Hydro Floss?

Hi- So I've had my hydrofloss less than a year and had malfunction once already which you all repaired so all seemed good. But the past few days when I went to use my hydrofloss as usual the speed although increased- the water pressure was far to low even on the highest setting almost like a light watering. So wondering what I am to do about this.
