A Drummer For David Bowie Finds His Spiritual Practice

Sterling Campbell played drums for and toured with David Bowie, Duran Duran, Soul Asylum and Cyndi Lauper.   He also practices a spiritual practice called Falun Gong.

It involves meditation and reading from the book Zhuan Falun.   It has had a tremendously powerful and positive influence on the lives of many people, including Campbell.

He describes how this practice helped him break addictions to alcohol, drugs and other dangerous lifestyle choices.   He is not the only one who has lost an addiction due to this practice. There are others as well.

Perhaps it is time that you found out about what he has done to make his life better.  If you are reading this, it is very possibly so.
