3. This plan is NOT for anyone who doesn't have the OK from their doctor to lose weight.
4. This plan is NOT for those who are unhealthy or sick. Get well first and seek approval from you doctor to lose weight. There is no need to lose weight if your physician says it is not a good idea to do so.
5. You MUST be over 20 years-of-age. This is NOT for teenagers or children.
