HydroFloss Question : Which Directions Are Correct?

Question:  I found a small direction sheet that came with my Hydro Floss,  it seems to indicate that I should use the regular tips first and then switch tips and reduce the pressure to 4.  I'm confused??

Answer:  The directions you found where not for your Hydro Floss but for the Sulcus Jet Tips.  The purpose of the sulcus tips is different from the regular tips.   The way you use them requires a lower setting.

Therefore, the directions you read are correct when you intend to use the sulcus jet tips.   However, for those who do not have or intend to use the sulcus jet tips, using the regular jet tips is fine.  And as you read, even if you have the sulcus tips, you should use the regular tips first.
