Update to Adobe Billing Problems

The problems with Adobe Billing continue

You can catch up on the previous fiasco here:

and here:

So, I thought we had this ironed out and that I would not be billed any longer.

But, it is not clear that is actually the case.   Note, my subscription was cancelled as of September 15, 2013  as noted inside adobe's website here:   https://creative.adobe.com/account/plans

Here is what it say as of today when I logged in:

Account Status:   Your plan was canceled on September 15, 2013

[ note: I called them to cancel long before this date]

~On September 14, 2013, I was sent this letter from Adobe:

We hope you've been making the most of everything Creative Cloud has to offer. So, it is not clear what is going on here.  Looks like they may bill me again in October?

I logged in to my account as suggested above and I do not see any way to ('change subscription settings)

How should I deal with this concern?

Does this mean that Adobe will continue to bill even though I cancelled this subscription?

What do you think about all this,  share your comments below.

 Sincerely,

David Snape
