These reviews are on the Pocket Pal and Hydro Floss combo pack.   Many people like the pocket pals and they are a bit nicer than the sulcus tips - but it still a matter of preference.

I like the pocket pals a little bit better.   They have a soft rubber tip compared to the hard plastic of the sulcus tips.
