Distilled Water Or Alkaline Water?

Should you drink distilled water or alkaline water? 

In the end, the answer to this question will have to come from yourself.

However, here are a few points to consider.

Distilled water is basically sterilized water.  It is devoid of minerals but it is also devoid of everything else so long as it is not polluted with bacteria or something after distillation.

Alkaline water is something that your natural healers talk about.  Of course there are a few MDs and other mainstream medical professionals who will talk about it too - but perhaps in hushed whispers - LOL.

The power of Alkaline water is something that these healers like to talk about. 

It's something to think about, I suppose.
