Hydro Floss Customer Experience at

Here is an email I received today,  February 2nd 2017 about service from


before I take the survey I want to thank you for getting back to me right away last week when I wrote to say I hadn't received my order.

you told me that the post office still had it, and sure enough, they did.

the package had been delivered on jan 12, and I picked it up on jan 26.

they said they had left a notice of delivery on the 12th, but I never got it.

I am not the first person at that post office to complain of non receipt of notices.

I haven't opened the package yet, but look forward to the hydrofloss playing an impt part in my dental care.

I will contact you if I have any questions about its use, and thank you for the health information you have already provided in your links.

You go out of your way to educate and inform the public, and I appreciate it."
