Get Rid Of Morning Breath And Make Everyone Happier

Morning Breath Pain!

It's not fun being stuck with chronic morning breath.   Everyone has it once-in-a-while but some are
stuck with it every morning.   It's not just you, your loved ones are also stuck with it as they must endure.

http://www.toothygrinsstore.com/Complete-Starter-Kit-Bad-Breath-Remedy-p/therabreathcompletestarter01.htm One of the biggest problems is that the person who has this is unaware.  Sure, they might be aware that they typically have the problem.  But, at any given moment, they don't know or can't always be confident.

Unfortunately, we get used to our own breath and we are often not capable of knowing that we may be offended others at any given moment.

Causes Of Morning Breath

I gave a little more detail about this in another article, but here are some of the basic reasons:

1. dry mouth

2. geography of the tongue

3. Type of bacteria in our mouths

4.  Foods that elevate the already existing condition.

Troubling To Say The Least

Of course, we don't want our loved ones to suffer.  We don't want the embarrassment either.   But it becomes an additional problem when we take this problem with us to our career or professional life.

Clients, coworkers, business associates, patients and others that we might work with on a regular basis are typically not going to enjoy dealing with a person who has bad breath.   You may have experienced this yourself regarding others.

But, not knowing if you have it or not at any given moment becomes troublesome.  Wouldn't it be great if we had a way to deal with this problem that didn't involve popping a Cert or a Tic Tac every few minutes?

Attacking The Problem At The Root

Science has told us that the problem is bacteria that produce VSCs (Volatile Sulfur Compounds). These can actually be measured through a halimeter.   When one eats garlic or an onion the halimeter will detect that as well.  (Because the onion or garlic also contains sulfur compounds)

The concept of attacking morning breath at the root and thereby hopefully preventing it, involves reducing the number of these bacteria in the mouth.   They have two important weaknesses.

The First Weakness

The first weakness is oxygen.  These bacteria tend to be the type who hate oxygen.  Therefore, any product that is going to get to the root of this problem, rather than covering a smell,  should probably involve oxygen.   (Very few products on the market offer this).

The presence of oxygen will cause either the outright death of such bacteria or it will cause them to change to a form of metabolism that does not produce the VSCs.  In either case, you are reducing the amount of odor causing chemicals in your mouth.

I think you can see why this type of tactic will have a much longer term impact than merely covering a smell.

The Second Weakness

The second weakness is pH balance.  The bad bacteria responsible for bad breath love acid.   When you eat acidic foods and drinks, you end up aiding their growth and therefore an increase in bad breath.

More VSCs = more bad breath.

Conversely, a higher pH has the opposite effect, influencing the bacterial growth to become more subdued.

Combining Weaknesses

Why not simply combine these two weaknesses and attack the VSC producing bacteria at the root?

Wouldn't it be great to wake up with fresh breath that no one objected too or was offended by?
