My HydroFloss Is Slow, What Should I Do?

What To Do.

Did your HydroFloss slow down overnight or was it gradual, over time?

If it was overnight,  it may be just a matter of cleaning the area between the reservoir and the base.  I would definitely try that first.  Reseating the reservoir may make a big difference.

If the slowness happened over time, and got progressively worse over time,  you might want to try a new pump.   (video instruction on installation on that page)

Preventive

Be sure to run 1/4 cup of white vinegar through your HydroFloss once-per-month  and twice if you have 'hard water'.   This will help to keep the machine clean over time.

When to get a new machine

As a general rule of thumb, if your machine is over 3 years old and needs a part, I suggest considering a new HydroFloss.

If you insist on getting parts, you can find all the parts we have here.    (be aware, there is a page 2 on the parts, many people miss that second page).

I hope that helps.
