Customer Feedback Is Very Important

Recent Customer Feedback


I like to hear from satisfied customers.   I opened my email today and this is the message I received from one of our customers:

Thanks for your help David. Product arrived today. Wow. You must have an "In" with the shipper. I am impressed. I'll keep you informed of my progress.

He ordered this product.

I am always delighted when we can help.   Of course, I am even more delighted when a customer takes the time to write to us about their experience.  

We do, of course, have a wide range of customer reviews on the site.  In this case, the customer wrote directly to me, which is even better.   It gives me a chance to respond back.

I wrote in reply that I was delighted that he received it quickly and I do know that many customers don't like to be without this particular product for even a few days, myself included.

In many ways, good customer experiences and interactions are rewarding to me.   I like to know that people are happy.   Doesn't that make the world just a little better each time that it happens?
