That's a picture of me, here, Dave Snape. Actually, the truth be told, that is a younger version of me. It's from several years ago. But, never -the-less, that's the picture I use.

Janet says, "Excellent product. After 5 years we could not be without this product. Just brush your teeth, then use it and you too will be convinced. This is the best product for dental health ever. "
That's Janet's review. What Janet means by that is, and I hear this from many customers, they frequently tell me, "Dave, I Brush my teeth and I floss and then I go back and use the Hydro Floss. I still see food particles coming out into the sink. "
That's true. That happens to a lot of people. I've experienced that myself. You''l probably experience that too. But, if you think about it. This is the Hydro Floss here.
If you think about it, how can your body repair itself? How can your teeth and gums repair themselves when there are still food particles in there overnight.

I've set it so many times now that it does sound a little repetitious, even to me: The Hydro Floss is perhaps one of the best possible tools that you can utilize to help maintain your dental and particularly your periodontal health.

Yet, the focus of these reviews is primarily on the product itself. It's very clear: The HydroFloss has proven itself to be beneficial to a lot of people.

The Hydro Floss is one of the most powerful tools that you can use for your home dental care. When used effectively, you have a good chance to reduce your periodontal pocket depths. This is a key indicator that many dental professionals use to determine whether you have gum disease or not.
Generally speaking, if your dentist or hygienist measures your periodontal pockets to be at 3mm or less, they will usually consider your gumd healthy at that point. That would be great news to hear!
Conversely, if your periodontal pocket depths are above 3mm, generally speaking, your dental professional will likely consider your gums to be unhealthy. Gum disease is a big problem that affects about 75% of people (according to many dental professionals). That being the case, you wouldn't be alone in having a problem.

I am so very delighted to hear that because it means this particular customer 'gets it'. This IS an essential machine that could provide benefit to at least 75% of the people walking around on this Earth.
I keep talking about this machine for two reasons. One reason is selfish and the other reason is slightly less so.
Don't worry too much about the first reason. Here is the second reason:

"I purchased this based upon a recommendation from a friend. I (potentially) needed to have a root canal revised. I had to postpone that due to developing the flu. I am certainly not advocating abandoning advice from a dentist, but my experience was that after three days of using the Hydrofloss, along with the PerioTherapy Oral Rinse, the infection I had developed subsided and the tooth sensitivity I had developed disappeared. I will be following up with my dentist -- but I believe the resolution was causational and not simply consequetial. I think fair warning should be given that even when you think you are adequately brushing and flossing, you may be surprised at what this flushes out from around the gumline. The difference is significant."

Generally speaking, our reviews are good. If you look carefully, you will find some negative ones on the site. But, it is also impossible to make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time.
We strive to do business in an ethical and honest way. We sometimes encounter people who are not ethical or honest. We won't talk much about those people. But, the majority of our customers are people who appreciate the service and products that we provide.

Great Review
I love the idea of being at the top of a customer's 'go to' list. Wouldn't you?
I try to be available to our customers, I try to answer their questions and I try to help them as far as I am able. Not every customer walks away satisfied. I have had a couple of unhappy customers - that's for sure.
However, it seems to me that we have far more happy customers than unhappy ones. I do try. And in the end, that is what I can do. I can try to make a difference in this world.
Perhaps not everyone will walk away happy, but if most do, then the positive outweighs any negatives.
Let's be honest, the most anyone can do is their best. I try to deliver a customer experience that is above average. At the end of the day, customers are the lifeblood of any business.
We are not perfect, and we will make mistakes, and some things are beyond control. But we do try and, in the end, many people will see if you are trying. I believe that most will respect that effort.
I like to hear from satisfied customers. I opened my email today and this is the message I received from one of our customers: Thanks for your help David. Product arrived today. Wow. You must have an "In" with the shipper. I am impressed. I'll keep you informed of my progress. He ordered this product.
I am always delighted when we can help. Of course, I am even more delighted when a customer takes the time to write to us about their experience.
We do, of course, have a wide range of customer reviews on the site. In this case, the customer wrote directly to me, which is even better. It gives me a chance to respond back.
I wrote in reply that I was delighted that he received it quickly and I do know that many customers don't like to be without this particular product for even a few days, myself included.
In many ways, good customer experiences and interactions are rewarding to me. I like to know that people are happy. Doesn't that make the world just a little better each time that it happens?
In The Last Week, Two of My Customers Told Me That Dr. Mercola talked about the Hydro Floss Recently
I don't know what he said first hand. I only know that two of my customers mentioned that he talked about the Hydro Floss.
One of tthem told me that Dr Mercola said that he personally uses it.
That makes sense to me. Smart people can definitely see the value in the Hydro Floss. An educated and thoughtful person will be able to connect the dots and see what a powerful and useful tool the Hydro Floss is.
It is far better than regular dental irrigators, which are still better than nothing at all. If you are going to irrigate your mouth for better dental health, you might as well get the benefits of doing it with the Hydro Floss.
The magnetic properties cause the plaque and bacteria to become less adhesive. They come off easier.
Two Studies
The facts are out there and have been for a long time. Two studies were published in the Journal of Clinical Periodontology. One was published in May of 1993 and the other in April of 1998.
Both studies indicated a statistically significant decrease in the amount of plaque and tartar build up between office visits. You might ask, what does that mean? How is that important?
The Importance
Anaerobic bacteria are responsible for many oral health problems including, but possibly not limited to gum disease, cavities and bad breath.
These 'bad' or 'anaerobic' bacteria want to be shielded against oxygen, so that they can do their damage. When oxygen is present they are unable to perform in a bad way or they die.
The plaque and tartar provide an effective oxygen shield. Therefore, when you have less plaque and tartar buildup between your regular office cleanings, the heathier your teeth and gums should be - theoretically speaking.
This is why it is thought that the Hydro Floss is superior to other irrigators.
