Quick and Simple Dental Health Improvement

Dental Health Costs Are High

Most of us are familiar with the high costs of dental care.  Cavities, crowns, broken teeth, gum disease, implants, dental surgeries (even minor ones) are quite expensive.  Even if you do have dental health insurance,  you still spend a lot on copays.   There are no or very few dental insurance policies that pay for everything!

In fact, the excuse they use is that many problems can be prevented!   So implants and surgeries usually cost you a lot.

Does It Have To Be That Way?

It does not have to be that way.   But, in order for you to be successful at preventing these expenses,  you need to focus on prevention.

This is the problem in the nutshell.  Few people want to pay attention to prevention.  Very few are interested in teaching it.   The reason is entombed in something that a doctor told me, "There is no money in prevention."

What a shame he thinks that way.  On the other hand, he has a point.

This type of mentality is why it falls on YOU, as the patient, to focus on prevention.   The cost of NOT doing that can be quite high.

Simple Plan

First of all, you should always go to your dentist on a regular basis to get checked.   I'm not suggested a substitute for regular dental care.  That would be wrong.   Your dentist needs to see you to find out if you have gone off base somehow.

But, having said that.  I know things that can help tremendously.  One of them is this device.

I wrote a guide on how to use it properly to maximize and objectively know, with the help of your dentist or hygienist,  if what you are doing is working or not.

Usage

Use the machine every day.   Use it twice a day and two full reservoirs per use.

Sounds like it takes a lot of time?   It does not.   It can take under 10 minutes per day!

Used on the highest setting, number 9,  you can empty an entire reservoir in about 2 minutes and 10 seconds.

Multiply that times 4  (2 reservoirs twice per day) and you are still under 10 minutes.

Adding less than 10 minutes to your daily routine - would that be worth it in terms of quick and simple improvement of your dental health and prevention of problems?

You bet it would!    Now, to be clear.  I cannot guarantee that you  will avoid expensive problems.  But I do know that a lot of people have improved their dental health by using this machine.

In fact, I did myself.   I was able to avoid a previously suggested SRP (Scaling and Root Planing) or Deep Cleaning treatment that was probably going to cost me around $1600.

In the US, these treatments can be expense.  The cost varies greatly from place to place but $1600 might even be low in some areas.

I saved some serious cash right there.   And by helping myself prevent future problems, how much more have I saved?   That's hard to quantify, I admit, but I think it is probably a LOT.

I don't know about you, but it is not always easy for most people to come up with and extra 1 or 2 thousand dollars (or more) every time a dental health problem crops up.  And if there are multiple people in your family?   What then?

Can under 10 minutes of quick and simple daily effort make a difference in your dental health?

*note, I speak in general terms only here,  specific questions about your unique dental health situation should be directed to your periodontist or dentist  You should always visit your dentist for regular checkups and cleanings, but if you can prevent more advanced and costly treatments, then why not do so?
