Hydro Floss Warranty Information

1 Year Warranty Included With Every Purchase

Your genuine Hydro Floss is protected by a one year warranty. Each new hydrofloss we send out comes complete with warranty paperwork.

Here is verbiage from the warranty:

For a period of one (1) year from the date of retail purchase, Company will at its sole and absolute option either repair the defective product or replace the defective product at no charge through its service center.

To obtain warranty service, you must return the product prepaid to the Company's service center.

Proof of Purchase in the form of a bill of sale or a receipted invoice, which indicates the product is within the warranty period, must be presented with the returned product. Company suggests that the purchaser retain the dated bill as evidence of the date of the retail purchase.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage and damage to any part of the product, which results from acts of God, accident, abuse, improper use or handling, alterations, service done by unauthorized personnel, use of abrasive addditives; i.e. soda, salt, etc., and or connection to an improper voltage supply.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer. Company will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the improper use of this product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of and supersedes any other warranties expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description of the face hereof and no person, representative or firm is authorized to commit Company to further liability or obligation.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state.

You may extend the original limited warranty for an additional two years. This offers is valid only for the retail purchaser and must be presented to Company within sixty (60) days of the date of purcahse. No exceptions please. The cost of this extension is $27.50. All terms and conditions of the warranty remain unchanged with the exception of how long the product is covered.....
