I just had a customer who needed a new plastic insert for her reservoir. It appears she was cleaning the reservoir in her sink and did not realize that she knocked the plastic insert out of her reservoir. She mentioned that it was then mashed up in the garbage disposal.
Be careful when cleaning your Hydro Floss Reservoir.
