Keeping Memory Sharp
That was one that I had either forgotten or had never heard before.
Water is powerful. A fully hydrated body is more efficient and generally healthier.
I was told about the thumb test. you can take your index finger and press on the pad of the opposite hands thumb. `If the indent pops right back out, you may be well hydrated. If it doesn't spring back immediately, you may not be fully hydrated.
I don't know how true that is or where I learned it, but I have noticed that it does vary and it does seem to correlate to how much liquid I have consumed.
