They come with their own small instruction sheet. Follow the instructions carefully. They are not to be used the same as the regular jet tips.
Speaking of 5 to 6 millimeter periodontal pocketing, I suggest taking a look at the pocket pal tips instead. They are, in my opinion, more comfortable to use. This is due the soft rubber tip as opposed to the hard plastic on the sulcus tips.They are designed for the same purpose. So, from that standpoint it doesn't matter which you choose. I just think the pocket pals are better from a comfort standpoint.
