When you go through the checkout process, there is an order comment section that I highlight in the video. You can simply write in the order comment section something like:
"I would like a free package of regular jet tips with my hydrofloss". That will be sufficient.
That tells us that you want to take us up on our free tip offer.
If you do not write that in the order comment section your HydroFloss will ship without extra tips and you cannot claim them later.
The reason why is that we do not want to incur two shipping charges. Therefore, it is imperative that you order the tips at the time you checkout.
