Yesterday a customer was very kind to say that something about my website spoke out to her. Then when she called me, she felt even more strongly that there was a certain level of 'integrity' (or something like that) that is hard to find.
What's unique about me and Toothy Grins Store? I have an unusual set of experiences and knowledge based on personal experience and conversations with hundreds of customers and quite a few dental professionals.

All of the above adds up to a unique understanding based on learning, understanding, questioniong and hearing about the experiences of others plus my own personal experiences.
I mean this in the most gentle, nicest way possible: Most people are relatively ignorant about their own dental health. When confronted with a situation it is difficult for the person to know which way to turn or what to do.
If you have a problem in this area, you should definitely be under the care and guidance of your dentist or periodontist. They can provide you with the advice, diagnosis and treatment that you need.
But, I can talk about this topic. And that is what I do, I simply talk about it. Somehow, people appreciate and like that.
