Cleaning Your ToothBrush
When you finish using your toothbrush you can soak it in a cup of ozonated water until the next use. Just ozonate a small cup of water for about 10 minutes and put your toothbrush in it. This should help to kill of any bacteria that linger behind. This may also prevent you from reinfecting your mouth with bad breath causing bacteria.
Mouthwash
Another use is making an ozonated (oxygenated) mouthwash. You see, the bad bacteria just plain hate oxygen. It often kills them or causes them to metabolize in a way that doesn't leave the acidic byproducts that cause us so many dental health problems.
Of course, safety is a concern when working with ozone. Never breath it in. And be sure to follow the directions that come with your ozonator in order to make sure you are safe.
Other Therapies
There are a number of other uses for home ozone. People use it for a variety of purposes. I have heard a few stories from the people I have talked to in the last few years.
