Hydro Floss Conversation With A Nurse

nurse suggests a hydro flossA nurse called to buy a Hydro Floss.  She had been having some periodontal problems that she could not solve.    A fellow nurse directed her to Toothy Grins Store to get a Hydro Floss.

During our conversation, I explained how to use the Hydro Floss effectively.  Without this key information, some people get it wrong, then they don't get the best results.

As we were talking she mentioned that oral health is linked to systemic health.  She is right about that.

I told her the story of an Anesthesiologist who had also ordered a Hydro Floss from me.   He worked in cardiac surgery and he told me that many of the heart patients had periodontal disease.

Not surprising!   Researchers have known about his connection for a long time.

Why do you think both of these professionals turned to the Hydro Floss?

It's just one more reason to get a Hydro Floss

Healthy Gums

Even though this Hydro Floss review was posted way back in June 2011, it is still a good one.   You can find all the latest reviews here.

I changed 'Healthy Gum' to  'Healthy Gums' as I am sure that is what this person meant to say.  Here is the review:

Notice how he also mentions that his breath is fresher?   Other customers have spoken of this as well.

Travelling With Your Hydro Floss

Here is a Hydro Floss tip you can utilize for travel.

The ability of the hydro floss to positively influence your dental health is unmatched by any other irrigator on the market today.

Yet, some people have to or want to travel.  Many do not want to be without their Hydro Floss.
So, how can you travel with your Hydro Floss?

A bank vice president somewhere in the state of Virginia gave me this travel tip.  She needs to travel a lot.

Tip:  Keep the original packaging that your Hydro Floss comes in.  This is a nice sturdy styrofoam cushion that can really help protect your Hydro Floss while traveling.

Of course, there are no guarantees with this tip.  But, we know that the styrofoam packaging can keep the hydro floss and parts snug and secure.

Her Thoughts:
I have not spoken with this customer for probably 2 years or so.  But, she did say that she was able to avoid some expensive dental treatments as a result of using her Hydro Floss.

This is similar to my story as well.   I was able to avoid a Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) treatment.  It is also known as a deep cleaning.

I don't remember if hers was actual surgery or the deep cleaning treatment.   In either case,  we both were able to save a lot of money.

I always advocate working with your dentist.  They can measure your pocket depths.  Generally speaking, 3mm and below is considered healthy by most dental practitioners.

Therefore, if you are able to get these numbers down, perhaps your dentist will agree that you won't need your expensive treatment either?

The Hydro Floss has helped a lot of people, myself included!

Customer Thoughts On The Hydro Floss

I have the privilege to talk to many customers of mine about the Hydro Floss oral irrigator.   In fact, you can read many of the customer reviews here.

Yesterday was no exception.  A man called me and he is close to 60 years old.  His hygienist and dentist have confirmed that his gum health is excellent.   His periodontal pocket depths (the objective measure of gum health) are all within tolerance.  (3 Millimeters and below).

He told me that his dentist told him about the Hydro Floss years ago and he has been using it every since.   He knows that dental health maintenance is ongoing and all you have to do is keep it going.

He mentioned that many people just don't get it.  And he is correct!  I felt like I was talking to someone who spoke the same language.  What a pleasure to talk to someone who has come to similar opinions as the those that I hold, but on his own without my influence.

Another interesting thing he told me is that he went on a three month car trip around the US.  During that time, he did not use his Hydro Floss.   When he came back, he had many 4 and 5 millimeter pocket depths.

He started using his HydroFloss again and the next time he went in he was back to normal again!
He knows that he needs to use his Hydro Floss daily to keep his gums healthy.  He said that it is a simple thing to do.

Now, I can't tell you that the Hydro Floss is definitely going to work for you.  This is because every human body and every situation is different.  Some people will use it properly and some will not, etc.  There are many variables.

But, I can tell you that it has worked for a lot of people.  That would be an awful lot of people!   Yet, it seems to be one of the best kept 'secret's and what this gentleman has realized seems to be hidden (not intentionally) from the mainstream society.
