HydroFloss Parts for Your Genuine Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator - Model 7618.034
Parts for your Hydro Floss: https://toothygrins.net/search?q=parts
also found at: https://www.toothygrinsstore.com/Hydro-Floss-Parts-Original-Hydro-Floss-Parts-s/51.htm
If you are having a problem with your HydroFloss, these parts will help you, provided your HydroFloss is a genuine, real hydrofloss and not an imitation.
If you feel that it might not be worth it to get parts to fix your HydroFloss or you think you might not have the skill to do it properly, you can simply purchase a new hydrofloss. When you break down the cost per month of use, it extremely reasonable. The longer it lasts, the more your costs go down.
You are guaranteed a year through your warranty. But I do hear from people who have had their HydroFloss for 20 years. Most don't last that long so that is an atypical example.
My general rule of thumb, which is just a suggestion and an opinion, I think that you should replace your HydroFloss if it is older than 3 years old. You can do whatever you want, that's just my opinion based on years of experience.
If you have a question, feel free to call 888-586-6849.

Repair Hose For The Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator
The hydro floss repair hose is available at Toothy Grins Store.
Sometimes a cat whacks the hose. Those little sharp claws can poke a hole.
Another problem may be putting a curling iron down next to the hose. This does happen and people do burn their hose.
When this happens, they generally need a new one. That's why Toothy Grins has this hose.
Usually, you need a little bit of mechanical skill to open the machine and successfully reinstall the hose.
If not, you may consider getting a new Hydro Floss (also at ToothyGrinsStore.com
If you have any questions, please do call 1-888-586-6849.

Do You Have That Plastic White Piece For The Hydro Floss?
Answer:
Yes, here is picture of it:
If that is the piece you are looking for, you can find it here.
Some people will call it the plastic white piece, the plug, the prong, the valve. Many people will refer to it differently. That is why I put the picture here. You can see it for yourself.
You can see that the reservoir comes complete with the parts mentioned above. Will it fit your Hydro Floss? Yes, if you have a real Hydro Floss this part will fit it.
If you need the reservoir, you can get it here.
No problem, here is a pictture so that you can be sure it is what you want:
If it is over 5 years old. No question for me, get a new one.
You can see a picture of a Hydro Floss here.
Yes, we do. You can check them out here.
We have lids for the reservoir and Hydro Floss tongue scrapers too!

Will This Fit My HydroFloss
If you have a genuine Hydro Floss it will fit it. The model has not changed much over the years. So, if you have a real HydroFloss, this part will fit it.
What If I Need The Whole Tank?
You can buy the entire hydrofloss reservoir here if you would like to. Here is a picture of it. You will see that it comes with both the plastic white piece as well as a rubber o-ring for the bottom and a lid for the top:

Would It Be Better If I Just Get A New Hydro Floss?
If your Hydro Floss is under 3 years old, you can go for the part. If it is between 3-5 years old, it's a dice roll. You are probably safer to go with a brand new Hydro Floss.
If it is over 5 years old. No question for me, get a new one.
You can see a picture of a Hydro Floss here.
Do You Have More Parts?
Yes, we do. You can check them out here.
What About The Hose?
Yes, we have that too. The handle and the hose come together as one piece. You cannot get them separately. Here is a picture:
This will fit a genuine hydro floss regardless of how old it is.
Jet Tips?
You can click on each link above to see pictures of each item. Again, if you have a genuine Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator, these parts will fit it.
A Powerful Device
I personally think of the Hydro Floss as a powerful device that can help one to gain and maintain periodontal health (gum health)
Because gum disease is something that about 75% of people have some of (probably more) then it would be a good idea for every family to become educated on this issue.
I believe the Hydro Floss when used properly could really give you better chances of improving your gum health and preventing expensive treatments in the future.

How Do I Fix My Hydro Floss?
Answer: You can find parts here.
Hint: You CAN scroll below the top picture and there IS more than one page of parts available.
I've received calls from people who couldn't find a part, they did not realize there was another page.
This is for do-it-your-self types who are interested in either saving money or in the thrill of completing a project.
In either case you can get your genuine Hydro Floss Parts here.
Repair kits can be found here.
These parts are not copies or replicas, they are genuine parts for a genuine Hydro Floss.
If you are not that keen on taking one apart, there is always the option of getting a brand new Hydro Floss.
For the benefits derived for dental health. The cost is nothing compared to the potential savings in hefty dental bills over the years.
The cost of an implant is usually over $2000 in the US. A gum graft can be five or eight hundred dollars.
Scaling and root planing treatment? About $1500 for the whole mouth in the US.
Of course, no one can guarantee results for 100% of the people, that would be impossible.
But you CAN measure these results according to the periodontal pocket depths taken from your dentist. Read about properly using a Hydro Floss here.
Need a power converter for your Hydro Floss? I suggest this one when traveling to 220V countries.

Hydro Floss Reservoir Lids
As long as your genuine Hydro Floss is under 30 years old, these lids will fit it.
So you don't have to worry about having the right model number 7618.034. If you have a real HydroFloss, this lid will fit.
A customer had this request yesterday, so I thought it would be a good idea to add these to the store.
There are plenty of other good Hydro Floss resources here as well.
There are Hydro Floss Repair Kits.

Replacing HydroFloss Tips
Changing Tips
This is relatively easy and straightforward to do. There is a video at the bottom of the page that will show you how to do this.
The video is for the regular jet tips.
There are also pocket pal jet tips as well as sulcus jet tips, as well as cannula tips.
Basically, with the regular jet tips, you just pull the tip straight off. Then you place the next tip gently until you hear a light 'snap'. It's really that easy, watch the video to see how easy it is.
The tips wear down from contacting the teeth. This happens even though we aren't aware of it. So the tip has to give a little bit.
When the tip starts to wear down, even a little, you may notice a change in the flow rate of your hydro floss. The dynamics of the water coming out have changed.
I found that by replacing a tip one day, I was getting a lot more flow. This allowed me to complete my daily routine even faster than normal.
Regular jet tips are always used first, before using the 'special tips' mentioned above. This is very important.
I hope these tips on tips were helpful.
Sincerely,
David Snape

Tips on Tips
A regular jet tip should be replaced once every 90 days. I didn't use to believe this was important but I discovered that it actually is.The tips wear down from contacting the teeth. This happens even though we aren't aware of it. So the tip has to give a little bit.

Hydro Floss Hose Assembly
This is the Hydro Floss hose assembly. I typically caution people to not try to install this unless they have some degree of mechanical ability. For example, car mechanics and engineers seem to do well with this part.
I have personally tried to replace it and I was unable to without causing further damage to the HF. So, I really want people who have confidence in their skill to install this part to be the only people who will purchase it.
We say that up front and we don't take returns on this. Therefore, if you want to take a chance at repairing your HydroFloss with this part, the risk is on you.
We also do not provide any instructions whatsoever. However, there was one man who wrote about how he repaired his in the customer reviews for this part. This part can be found here.
If you are not sure or do not want to risk a self-repair I do suggest that you consider getting a new Hydro Floss which will come with a one year warranty. You can find one here.
The cost of the Hydro Floss is such that it usually pays for itself extremely quickly. When you consider the cost of an implant or dental surgery, prevention becomes very cost effective. Perhaps you can spend thousands on implants, crowns and other repairs!
Another relatively common one is a cat's claw. They can pierce the hose leaving it with a leak.
We offer this part for those who would like to make the repair and are capable of doing so.
If you have any questions, as always you can call Toothy Grins Store at 1-888-586-6849.

Common Reasons For The Hose To Break
It may sound strange but perhaps the most common reason for the hose to be damaged is due to someone setting a curling iron near it.Another relatively common one is a cat's claw. They can pierce the hose leaving it with a leak.
