I Need A New HydroFloss

Yes, this can happen from time to time.  Not to worry, you can get a brand new Hydro Floss here.

While it is tempting to mentally assign magical powers to the Hydro Floss, it is not necessary to do so. The power of the hydrofloss is hidden in a large cylindrical magnet in the machine.

Beware of imitations, their magnets have not been tested nor shown to be as effective as that in a genuine Hydro Floss oral irrigator.   Also, this technology is patented, so imitations are not permitted at this point in time.  (perhaps in 50 years or so).

The Hydro Floss has been shown scientifically to be more effective than irrigators that don't use the same magic magnetic technology.

Therefore, there really is NO other choice but to get a Hydro Floss - that is - if you want the best and most effective.

Many dentists and hygienists recommend this machine.  Many use it themselves! You should not consider that a coincidence.  Those who have read the research and tested the reality with their own patients will be able to tell you that the Hydro Floss really is a powerful tool for improving dental health.

You should consider getting your brand new one today.

Sincerely,

Results - The Hydro Floss Gets Results - Video

Here is a Direct Link to the web page in the video

Buttons will be added here

Seriously though, it has helped a lot of people - including myself.    I think you and / or  your family can benefit from this machine.

Many of my customer wait until their dentist or hygienist suggests that they get one.  But, why wait until then?   Why not start doing more to protect your periodontal health today?

Since 75% of people have periodontal problems (gum disease) according to many dental health professionals, it only make sense to work harder on prevention today, right?

The cost of expensive treatments is just to great.   Aside from the 'deep cleaning' treatments mentioned in the video, there are also tooth extractions and the cost of impants!   Then there are other surgeries and procedures for the gums as well.

Prevention does pay!   (it pays the patient most).

Hashimoto's Disease And The HydroFloss

Hashimoto's disease is an autoimmune disease that attacks the thyroid.

One of my customers called the other day and told me that she had this disease.  She said that her dental hygienist felt it was possibly affecting her periodontal health as well.

There have been a lot of diseases that have suspected links or connections to gum disease.

The Hygienist suggested that she get a Hydro Floss to help with her periodontal issues.  That's how she found Toothy Grins Store.

Hopefully, she will obtain a reduction in her periodontal pocket depths and her hygienist and dentist will decide that her periodontal health is good once more.

Not everything works 100% of the time for everyone, but the Hydro Floss sure seems to help a lot of people - myself included.

Sticky Herbal Formula Should Not Be Put In Your Hydro Floss

Unfortunately,  as I heard from a customer today, some uninformed dental offices are selling the Hydro Floss right along with a sticky herbal formula What these offices don't know is that the sticky herbal formula causes the reservoir to stick to the base of the Hydro Floss.

I had a customer order her third reservoir today,  and on a hunch I asked her if she was using this sticky herbal formula.  She said that she was and that her dental office had recommended it.

There is nothing wrong with using the herbal formula separately as a stand alone mouthwash. However, nothing sticky should be used in the Hydro Floss.

This is sad because may other patients will continue to break their reservoirs without understanding why.   The sticky formula causes the reservoir to 'stick' to the base.  When they try to separate the reservoir from the base, they end up breaking the reservoir.

It is actually not necessary to put these substances into the Hydro Floss.  However, it is ok to put mouthwash in that is not sticky.   In other words, a non-sticky liquid can be placed in the Hydro Floss - but nothing solid and nothing sticky should be.   No salt or baking soda should be used either.

Actually, the Hydro Floss is capable of doing a very good job without any 'help'.

Here are directions for using the Hydro Floss effectively.

So, I hope that I have helped to clear up this problem for people.    If you have been using a sticky herbal formula in your hydrofloss and have seen your reservoir break, now you know why.   You will now also know not to do that in the future.

Sincerely,

Results - The Hydro Floss Gets Results!

In today's world, it sure seems like everyone is 'results' driven,  doesn't it?    I know from my experience working for corporations that this is one of the big corporate buzzwords :  Results!

In reality, the Hydro Floss gets results.   I have experienced it personally, and many of my customers have too.   You can read the customer reviews here.

Personal Experience

I was told by my dentist and hygienist that I needed a special treatment called a Scaling and Root Planing.  This is also called a SRP or 'deep cleaning'.

In the United States these special treatments tend to be expensive.  They also may need to be repeated in the future.

I did not like what the treatment explanation contained.   I thought that this was a bit of a drastic measure.   I tried a few things.   I tried essential oils.  I tried more regular brushing and flossing.  I tried brushing with bar soap!    I tried special mouthwashes.  (I won't name the brands but you have probably hear of them.

None of these things brought my periodontal pockets down to normal levels.   But there is one thing that did help.  It brought my pocket depths down.  It also made my gums healthy to the point that the dentist  no longer wanted to administer the 'deep cleaning' treatment.

I am really glad.  I came across a reference article later that suggested these 'deep cleanings' may have negative affects as well.  So, I was delighted to find something that worked.

What was it?   It was the Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator.

To get the best results with your Hydro Floss, read this.

So you see.  The HydroFloss gets results.  That is the reason I continue to write about it.   I share this information because it can help a LOT of other people.

Gum disease is the number one cause of tooth loss.  Those periodontal pocket depths are very important numbers.   Generally speaking, when they are at 3mm and below, most dental professionals will say your gums are healthy at the point.  Above that level, and most, generally speaking, will say you have a problem.

The Hydro Floss helped me obtain results.  Nothing works for a 100% of the people 100% of the time, but it sure has helped a lot of my customers too!

Sincerely,

What Is The Significance Of The Pocket Pal Jet Tips For The Hydro Floss Oral Irrigator

The pocket pal jet tips are good for use on periodontal pockets in the 5-6 mm range.   I like them better than the sulcus tips which have the same purpose.

The reason why is that they are gentler if you accidentally touch your gums while using them.   The sulcus tips are made of a harder end and you could feel it a little.   So, the pocket pals are my personal choice.

Getting your periodontal pockets down to 3mm or below is one of the goals (or should be) of  your dental health home care.  Hopefully the Hydro Floss can really help you in this area.   It has helped me and many of the customers I speak to say that it has helped them as well!

There is a video below if you would like to learn more.  OR:

HydroFloss Repairs

Generally, I suggest to my customers the following:

1. If your hydro floss is 1-3 years old,  consider getting it repaired.

2.  If  your hydro floss is 3-5 years old, it's questionable as to which way to go - new one vs repair.

3.  Over 5 years old, I really suggest getting a new one.

You can get a new hydrofloss here.

If you want to get yours repaired it costs about $30 plus  around $10 in shipping charges.  If you are set on getting it repaired, give me a call at 1-888-586-6849 and I'll provide you the information you will need to proceed.

Sometimes,  you can DIY (do it yourself) with these parts.

Can A HydroFloss Bring You Greater Freedom?

This is a great question.   What do you think the answer might be?

Freedom

Freedom means greater liberty.  Everyone is seeking greater freedom.  In some ways, more money brings you more freedom as you can use that money to buy more things or accomplish more goals.

Therefore, saving money factors into freedom.  The more you save, the more you have to accomplish or get what you want.

Cost of Dental Implants

The cost of dental implants is quite high.   According to this wikipedia article, costs vary in the US based on a number of factors.  But $2000 is thought to be about the right average for a single implant - not including additional costs.

So, that would mean each tooth you save from having to be replaced could be worth around $2000 or possible more to you.   Would $2000 but a dent in your savings,  your budget or your ability to invest?

Besides pure monetary costs, how much is your time and suffering worth to you?

Gum Disease Is The Number One Reason People Lose Their Teeth

There is nothing else that comes close.  Yes, people do lose their teeth due to accidents and due to other reasons.  But, far and away, the biggest reason for tooth loss is gum disease.

Gum disease is an abundance of bacteria that secret acid byproducts that erode away the tissue supporting each tooth.   When too much tissue is lost, the tooth may become loose.  The dentist may wish to pull it and give you dentures or an implant.  That costs you money and eats into your 'freedom' funds.
Those bacteria might as well be reaching into your wallet, right?    In addition, there is pain and recovery time to consider as well!

The Importance of Your Periodontal Pocket Depths

Generally speaking, most dental professionals will consider your gums to be healthy when your periodontal pockets are at 3mm and below.

On the other hand, when your periodontal pockets are above 3mm - generally speaking most dental professionals will consider that unhealthy and a sign of gum disease!

75% of people have some gum disease right now,  according to many dental professionals!

What are the odds that you don't have it?

The HydroFloss

It's important to note that no one thing will work for 100% of people 100% of the time.  That's just not realistic.

The only way to know for sure is to try, right?

Many dentists and hygienists recommend the Hydro Floss to their patients.

I personally obtained a reduction in my periodontal pocket depths using the Hydro Floss.   Many of my customers have told me they have seen remarkable improvements in their gum health.

Of course, it is important for your dentist or hygienist to keep measuring your periodontal pockets on every visit.   And you should definitely be following their advice.   Again, nothing works for everyone 100% of the time.  Every human body is different after all.

But, what if you were like me and found your gums returning to a healthy state?   In my case, I was able to avoid a SRP (scaling and root planing treatment)  or a 'deep cleaning' treatment.  These can often cost around $1600 - in the US.   I heard they are a lot cheaper in New Zealand - but I don't live there.

How To Know If It is Working For YOU

Have your dentist or hygienist measure your periodontal pocket depths.   If they are high, try using, with your dentist's approval, the hydro floss for at least 1 month.   Use two full reservoirs twice per day.  (That's four reservoirs per day).   After at least one month, go have them measured at your local dentist office again.   If they are getting smaller - you may be headed in the right direction.

What Do Baron Friedrich von Steuben and The Hydro Floss Have In Common?

What a great question!   Here is the short answer and then I will explain further:

They are both 'secrets' to success!

General von Steuben was instrument to the success of the Americans in the Revolutionary War.   He taught discipline, bayonet skills and sanitation to the American continental army.  He was THE general in charge of training and organization of the Continental Army.

In fact, before von Steuben showed them the way, many soldiers were using their bayonets as cooking utensils!  They did not know what to do with them!

Von Steuben's training was so good that one battle was fought and won completely with bayonets!  If the soldiers had not learned how to use them, ultimately because of and from von Steuben, they would not have been able to do that!

Why was von Steuben so knowledgeable about army organization and training?   It is because he served as an aid to Prussian generals and he was taught about warfare by the King of Prussia himself.  Just previous to that time Prussia had one of the best and most powerful military forces in the world.

Von Steuben has been written about and his role in helping the Americans to win against the well trained and disciplined British army is indisputable.  Anyone who studies the Revolutionary War in depth will undoubtedly know about him and his role.

Yet, few Americans would be able to tell you who von Steuben was.  He is essentially a secret that is right out in the open!

This is where the similarity to the HydroFloss comes in.   The Hydro Floss is a secret that is kept right out in the open.   Few people know about what it can do.

Yet, it has been around for 25 years.   Many dentists and hygienists do know about it and they recommend it to their patients.   However, many remain ignorant of its capabilities.

Therefore, it is just like General Steuben - So very important and yet so unknown.

Do I Really Need A Hydro Floss?

The answer is no, you don't really need one.   That is what I was told by a professional.  But, I'm glad that I got one anyway!  She was interested in performing a Scaling and Root Planing or 'deep cleaning' treatment on me.

I decided to get the Hydro Floss anyway and use it for a few months before going back in.   When I did go back, the dentist was puzzled by my periodontal (gum) health.  It seems that things improved.  In fact, they improved so much that I was told I didn't need that treatment anymore!

I cannot say the same thing will happen for you.  And I don't recommend going off on your own.  If you are facing an expensive periodontal treatment, ask your dentist if you could try the Hydro Floss first.

If she says yes, give it a solid month.  Use the Hydro Floss at least twice per day and 2 reservoirs per use.   Then you have your dentist or hygienist measure  your periodontal pocket depths.    If she says no, that is ok, you tried.

You can compare these new measurements to your old ones.   Perhaps things will have improved to the point that your gums will be deemed to be healthy?

That would be the best possible outcome.   Perhaps not everyone can achieve that.  You should, of course, be under the guidance of your dentist and hygienist.

I talk to customers all of the time.  Many of them are over 60 and many are below.  Age doesn't matter when it comes to gum disease

What I can tell you is that, generally speaking, if your periodontal pockets are above 3mm, that is generally considered unhealthy.   If all of your pocket depths are 3mm or less, that is, generally speaking, considered healthy.

Healthy gums means that the destructive bacteria are not amassing enough power to damage the tissue that surrounds and supports each tooth.   If you can get your pocket depths to 3mm and below and keep them that way, most dentists, generally speaking, would say that your gums are healthy.

It may not work for everyone, but perhaps it is worth giving a try.   Even if you save yourself from one expensive treatment or lost tooth and implant, it will have been more than worth it to have a Hydro Floss.

"My Dentist Recommended the Hydro Floss"

I hear this on a regular basis.  Someone calls to order a HydroFloss because their dentist or hygienist told them to get a Hydro Floss and start using it.

Sidenote: [ If you are a dental office that wants your patients to have the Hydro Floss - consider sending them to ToothyGrinsStore.com ]

Why do they recommend this particular tool?  Why not recommend just any irrigator,  like the ones you can buy at the local drugstore?

The reason they do recommend the HF is  because they know that it works particularly well.   Of course, there is no one thing the works 100% of the time  - that would not be very likely.   But for many people the Hydro Floss has worked.

What Do You Mean By "Worked"?

Many dentist and hygienists have seen that their patients end up with a reduction in periodontal pocket depths.   3mm and below is generally speaking, considered 'normal' and 'healthy'.   While above 3mm, again, generally speaking is considered 'not normal' or 'unhealthy'.

Many people have deeper than 3mm pocketing and this is, generally speaking, indicative of gum disease.

With these deeper than 3mm pockets it is possible for the bacteria to achieve a high enough presence that they  begin to erode the periodontal (gum) tissue that surrounds a tooth.  This can ultimately lead to loose and lost teeth.

So, having deeper than 3mm pockets is basically the problem that you would like to prevent or fix.

Again, nothing works 100% of the time for everyone.  Your situation should always be monitored by our dentist.  They should be measuring these pocket depths on every visit and telling you what those numbers are.   Follow your dentists advice.

The problem is that 'most' people have gum disease, they just haven't been told yet.   Often times, they are told when it is time for an expensive treatment.  Now that you know about periodontal pocket depths, perhaps you will be better equipped to prevent the problem or deal with it when it occurs.
